The Welcome Project Surrey – I was referred here via Community Mental Health Services and I had a one to one worker and there were monthly drop in’s to build relationships with others in the community who were in a similar situation to my own.

Versus Arthritis – another great charity with loads of resources. Fibromyalgia mimics arthritis and is usually diagnosed by a Rheumatologist
